As the leader of a large church’s communications team, my days are filled with everything from web design and copywriting to strategy and marketing. It's given me a unique perspective on crafting digital strategies that truly connect, no matter the context. And trust me, a well-crafted website is the ultimate tool for sharing your story.

Clients are considered worldwide. Video Meetings will be leveraged to stay connected whenever possible.

I selectively take on client projects. Taking on a huge workload leads to sub-par effectiveness and my clients’ mission is too important to not give each project the attention it deserves.

Yes. I have shaped my availability to effectively make meaningful partnerships with clients. I never take on more projects than I can intentionally manage. Due to those limiting factors, when we develop an agreement your downpayment serves to reserve your place on the calendar.

Hosting, subscriptions, and third-party tools and apps associated with your project are the only fees you’d pay moving forward. Prior to launch we will move any of those considerations into your name. DLM Design doesn’t have ongoing fees, unless a retainer or long term agreement is the approach we agree upon.

Squarespace offers a fantastic blend of usability, stability, longevity in an affordable package. This gives us flexibility to transition a build into your hands to manage after completion, if desired.

Every website comes with a pre-launch training via video meeting. You’ll follow along as I perform basic edits and changes. This works great because you can see first-hand how you’ll manage the website after launch. After all - it’s now YOUR website! If edits or large changes become something you’d want me to handle we can also tackle those on an hourly or project basis.

Generally I will need all of the things you want included in your site. This includes any photos, direction, and required content.

Each project is custom tailored and may require meetings in-between the steps but also follow a general flow.

Strategy Advising is highly collaborative. We’ll work through your objectives, starting off with a thorough understanding of who you are. We will find ways to maximize your effectiveness with additions, subtractions, and reprioritization.

We’ll talk about who you are, where you are, and where you’re going. History, Context, Opportunity. We’ll find ways to capitalize on those big three things that give a glimpse of who you are via marketing plans, revitalization strategies, tools, grants, and more.

An intentional, optimized, and branded website is the cornerstone of communication strategies. All roads should lead to this information hub to forge connections with your mission. A website from DLM Design is not a mandatory element of a Strategy Solution but it may become a key objective.
